How long does a ceramic coating appointment take?
Longer than a standard detail. The prep, polish, and application all take time to do right, and the coating needs time to set before the car is ready. We give you a clear window when you book.
Should I pick the 2, 5, or 7 year coating?
It comes down to how long you plan to keep the car and how much you drive it. The prep and process are the same for every tier; the coating itself is what lasts longer. Tell us about your car and we will give you a straight recommendation.
Do I still need to wash my car after coating?
Yes, but it gets much easier. Dirt and water slide off instead of bonding to the paint, so a gentle wash brings the shine right back. We walk you through how to care for the coating when we hand the car back.
Can you coat an older car or one with scratches?
Usually, yes. Every coating includes a one-step polish that improves light swirl marks first. For heavier scratches we may recommend the paint correction add-on so the coating locks in the best possible finish.
Do you really come to me?
Yes. We are fully mobile and coat cars across Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, and Pasadena. All we need is a driveway or parking spot with a bit of space.
Do you offer regular detailing too?
Yes. Ceramic coating is one part of what we do. We offer full interior and exterior detailing packages starting at $150, all mobile, at your home or office.
